Rachael Kay received a Bachelor of Science in Health Education at Idaho State University. She earned a Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of Montana. Rachael specializes in orthopedic/post-surgical rehabilitation and injury prevention programs for the shoulder, knee, foot, and ankle. She has been working in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports injury rehab/prevention in Missoula for over a decade. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is certified in Sportsmetrics (jump/landing program and injury prevention).
Rachael enjoys spending time with her three children and husband, camping, boating, fishing, and skiing. She loves to watch or coach her children in baseball, softball, football, basketball, and volleyball.
