Chad Kay attended Ricks College and Idaho State University where he played football while earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science. He graduated from the University of Montana with a Master’s in Physical Therapy in 1998 and has since worked as a physical therapist with specialization in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation and training. Chad is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He is also Certified in Sportsmetrics (jump/landing program and injury prevention), use of Kinesiotape, biokinetic hitting, and throwing mechanics.
Chad coaches and trains Montana athletes at all levels, ranging from youth to collegiate sports. He also coaches youth sports, including football, baseball and softball. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, as well as hunting, fishing, camping, skiing (water and snow), and playing softball.
